Rentals

Do you enjoy quilting your own quilts, but don't have the space in your own home, or maybe can't justify the cost for how rarely you quilt? Perhaps you really want to make your own quilt from start to finish, or you need to finish this quilt sooner than your longarmer can get it done? We've got you covered! By either taking a class with us, or by demonstrating what you already know, you can rent one of our longarm machines in the shop to finish your project. Give us an email or a call to make arrangements for you to rent one of our shop longarms. We will help you figure out the technique you'll use, and how long to expect it to take. Call 608-563-4415 or email tlcquilting21@gmail.com

Longarm Certification for Rental:
Class runs for 4-4 1/2 hours and materials are provided. Lunch will be included if the lesson goes over lunch time.
Typically runs as a private lesson up, but we can have two students at a time.
You will learn: to load your quilt on the frame, pick thread for your project, wind bobbins, basting the quilt layers together, and multiple ways to run the robotics system.
Cost: $150, please call to arrange for your lesson

Rental Information

After certification, the first 3 rental appointments are $35 an hour, and we will have a staff member dedicated to you to help answer questions and guide/coach you through set up and robotics use.

The next 3 rental appointments will come down to $30 an hour as you will likely need our help less.

As you become mostly independent, the price will come down again to $25 an hour.

You will always have access to our selection of thread for your project, or you may bring your own longarming thread if there is something specific that you would like to use. If there are any issues with the machine, that will be up to our team to repair, and the clock will be paused if the machine has to be stopped for more than 10 minutes for a repair.
